Experience and Reputation Matter
Our founding attorney, Luis Andrew Penichet, began his career in the Juvenile Offender Bureau and was then promoted to the Rackets-Narcotics Division of the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. In this role, Mr. Penichet investigated large-scale criminal matters, conducted undercover narcotics operations and collaborated with major government agencies employing investigative techniques such as wiretapping and string operations. He also prosecuted some of the most notorious drug traffickers and organized crime figures.
This experience taught him how to handle and present the toughest cases. He knows how to catch cheating spouses, disprove false allegations and uncover hidden assets. He frequently partners with experts such as forensic accountants, scientists, psychiatrists, and private investigators, to provide in-depth legal and factual analysis.

He is joined by Attorney Jeanna M. Alberga, an associate with 12 years of experience. Serving as of counsel to the firm is former Acting Justice of the New York Supreme Court, the Honorable Fred L. Shapiro. Retired Justice Shapiro's experience includes 10 years spent in Family Court handling matrimonial matters, which provided him with a comprehensive insight on most family law issues. He has also taught as an adjunct law professor at Pace Law School and continues to offer his services in arbitration and mediation.
