Our founding attorney, Luis Andrew Penichet, began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Narcotics Division of the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. In this role, Mr. Penichet investigated large-scale criminal matters, collaborated with the FBI and CIA and employed investigative techniques such as wiretapping.
This experience taught him how to handle even the most high-stakes matters and present the toughest cases, a set of skills that is a true asset to clients of The Penichet Firm, P.C. in a wide range of legal matters. Mr. Pinochet has partnered with retired acting justice of the New York Supreme Court, Fred L. Shapiro, who is of counsel to the law firm. He has also taught as an adjunct law professor at Pace Law School and continues to offer his services in arbitration and mediation.
